Applications Now Open for Cohort 4

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for Cohort 4 of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative! Building on the success of our previous cohorts, we are expanding our reach to identify and nurture the next generation of legislative leaders across Nigeria.

What’s New in Cohort 4

This cohort brings several enhancements based on feedback from our alumni:

• Extended Mentorship Period: 12 months of intensive mentorship (up from 9)
• New Policy Tracks: Specialized tracks in Digital Governance, Climate Policy, and Health Systems
• Regional Hubs: Physical meetup locations in Lagos, Abuja, Kano, and Enugu
• Alumni Mentorship: Each fellow paired with a Cohort 2 or 3 alumnus

Who Should Apply

We are looking for Nigerians aged 21-35 who:

• Demonstrate leadership potential in their communities
• Have a passion for governance and public service
• Can commit to the full program duration
• Are available for both virtual and in-person sessions

• Applications Open: April 20, 2025
• Deadline: June 30, 2025
• Interviews: July-August 2025
• Program Start: September 15, 2025
