Chiamaka Lilian Okolie is a dedicated professional in social impact and project management, leveraging her public administration degree to advocate and research critical development issues in Nigeria actively. Her focus areas include accountability, good governance, gender equity, community engagement, and the establishment of robust partnerships for sustainable development. Committed to advancing women's rights and empowering marginalized groups, Chiamaka is a proactive Young African Leaders Initiative(YALI) member. In this role, she is pivotal in implementing impactful initiatives to address the unique challenges young people face in Nigeria. Chiamaka's overarching goal is to drive positive societal change, contributing to realizing a more equitable, transparent, and prosperous Nigeria. Currently serving as a fellow of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative, she continues to actively engage in initiatives that foster growth and progress within her community and beyond.
