Fahad Abubakar Longman is an Information Technology Consultant and Youth Advocate. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sokoto State University. Fahad served as the Special Assistant to the governor of Kaduna State between 2022 and 2023 and played a key role in implementing policies across different MDAs in the state. He co-founded Encrypted Shield Technologies in 2018 and oversees many IT projects. Fahad's diverse involvement spans legislative internships and advocacy for youth inclusion. He ran to become a member of the Sokoto State House of Assembly in 2022. Acknowledged for his commitment to SDGs, he's featured in a directory of young change-makers and recognised among the 100 Most Impactful Young Nigerians in 2023. Currently, he chairs the Sokoto State University Alumni Association and holds leadership positions in various organisations. Fahad is an alumnus of the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship and YALI Regional Leadership Centre Accra Ghana.
