Joseph is a development strategist and gender advocate with 9 years of experience in civic engagement, programme management and digital planning in the non-profit space. He's a '23/24 Carrington Youth Fellow and Inspiring Global Stories Fellow for his remarkable contributions to SDG 5, 8, and 10. He has extensive professional training in Nonprofit leadership from Lagos Business School, and Social Enterprise Management from Coady University, Canada. In the last five years, Joe galvanized volunteers to deliver the programmes of ProjectASHA.org a local NGO, and spearheaded over two dozen impact-driven programs reaching over 10,000 girls and women, including the strategic partnership with Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association of Nigeria to launch the Vweta Chadwick Literacy hub, and the Global Shapers Lagos Hub to expand digital literacy. He earned a Higher Diploma degree in Business Administration and Management from Yaba College of Technology in Nigeria.
