Ipele Lolade is a Development Enthuasiat, Social worker and a Community based facilitator. She is the Team Lead for Lola Cater for the Needy Foundation ( LC4NF) and a strong Advocate for girl child. She's also a trained youth Advocate on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence and have facilitated more than 20 projects. She has championed several projects focused on Gender equality and Inclusive Education. Her work profound Impact on children who are Internally Displaced children and her out-of-school across IDPs in Abuja Nigeria. Professionally, Lolade has worked in the field of human and community development for more than 2 years, participating in more than Fifty Community service projects as a project Coordinator and Volunteer. She's a Certified Change maker fellow and won several grants to implement over 5 Community projects. She is a winner of the Muhammed Sanusi Lamido, The 14th Emir of Kano MSII SDG 4 Challenge, Recently she also won the Yiaga Turn up Democracy challenge. In 2023, She was Awarded the best Honorable Mentioned in the World health Organisation (WHO) committe of International Youth Diplomacy Conference held in Accra Ghana. Academically, Lolade is a graduate of political science from the prestigious university Federal University Oye Ekiti, Ekiti state Nigeria.
