Onyedika Ikebuaku is a leadership and business expert. He is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Sandworks LTD.; an indigenous sand dredging company, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction, developing and implementing company goals and policies, and managing day-to-day activities. Onyedika has a proven track record of leadership through active involvement in community service. He is a member of the Rotary E-Club of Nigeria and also volunteers with Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN), where he leads initiatives that empower students with financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship knowledge, thereby increasing students' understanding of financial concepts. From taking professional development programs in nonprofit management at the Africa Leadership Institute(ALI) to participating in leadership development opportunities such as the RLC-Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) in Accra, Ghana, Onyedika has a unique experience in social-impact innovation and is driven by his commitment to continually develop himself, inspirechange in the hearts of people, and constantly seek ways to make a meaningful contribution to society
