Orevaoghene Helen Arono is a Lawyer by training, with keen interest in public policy, intellectual property rights, international trade and economic development. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, after which she was called as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2017. She currently serves as a volunteer at the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO) Nigeria Office, and concurrently as an independent contractor at First Ladies Against Cancer Initiative (FLAC) - a public health/cancer advocacy organization. Her curious and analytical mind is evident with notable performance in leadership and problem solving, thus, positioning her as a future leader with the sole purpose of influencing legislation aimed at fostering economic growth.
