Peace Uchenna Oko is a development economist dedicated to enhancing the economic development and well-being of individuals in underserved communities. She has a BSc in Economics from Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu Alike (FUNAI), Ebonyi State and was a member of the National Economics Students Association (NESA) where she contributed to the pivotal research on the socio-economic welfare of AE-FUNAI students. Beyond her academic achievements, Peace engages as a committed volunteer, previously serving as a Students SDGs Volunteer at the AE-Funai Chapter. Noteworthy involvements include her participation in the 2021 HackSGBV Disability Innovation Lab by DRAC and her role as a Fellow at YouthHubAfrica’s ChangeMakers Fellowship 2023. Her work in addressing the intersection of digital gender-based violence and economic injustice, in partnership with StopNCII/Meta, demonstrates her dedication to community intervention projects.
